Its no accident that when you jumble the name of Santa you'll get Satan. You maybe wondering he is the only MALE saint (or whatever) that had the title of a female martyr or believers. A little googling and web search will lead you to hundred of Santa's but they were either female like Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Santa Elena or some materially bless object like Santa Cruz or Santa Rosario (Which is another foolishness to make saints out of objects which is clear idolatry). Male saints are usually coined as Santo Tomas or San Juan, San Pedro, San Francis or even San Gabriel and San Miguel whom they mistitled because the last two are angels and can not qualify as Saints.
Now, back to Santa why he is so special or extra-ordinary to have a distinctive title? They usually associates him to San Nicolas or St. Nicholas (a devout Christian born from the Southern Coast of Turkey) most of the story about him are unclear and without real sound proof except that he is a Bishop of Myra. But perhaps he is an important one because he was called to attend the Council of Nicaea in AD 325. There are many stories surrounding the myth of Santa and St. Nicholas that we can no longer distinguish which are fable or truth. Nonetheless, this said gift-giver has a questionable background. The closest replica of the Santa we now has evolve from ancient people's belief on elves and in fact earlier version of Santa as an elf were slim and agile; very much different from the modern version we had now of the Old and gentle fat guy we see on billboards and cards (from the imagination of Thomas Nast a Political cartoonist in 1881) and since then his image has evolve through time.
But why did I say that Santa is the corrupt form of SATAN? BECAUSE he claim one of the qualities of the God of the Bible. “Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in hell [the grave], behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me” (Psalm 139:7–10). David here of course is describing God not Santa Claus. But the song "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" making that parallel claims.
Now Satan had been declaring that claim during the angelic revolt which Isaiah records:
Isaiah 14 12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
Now, common sense can easily be applied here. Are there reindeer in Turkey? Maybe as Christmas ornament, but then again can they fly? Maybe because of Santa's divine or devilish power. A shinning red-nose to light his path. Having elves for helper and a factory in North Pole to create toys. The capacity to read Billions of letters (again like the Omnipotent God who hears our prayers) and able to accomplish all the distribution during Dec. 24 to beat the 12 midnight deadline.
"For the fool will speak folly, and his heart will work iniquity, to practice profanity, and to utter error against Yahweh, To make empty the soul of the hungry, and to cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
